Lauren Cole

As a Fort Mill native, Lauren Cole has an insider’s perspective of our schools, community, infrastructure, and neighborhoods. Coupled with her personal and professional connections, she is uniquely qualified to help guide her clients through the buying and selling process. After attending Clemson University, Lauren worked in pharmaceutical sales in Charlotte and quickly learned the importance of building trusting relationships, acquiring expertise in the field, and working diligently for her clients. “I want my clients to find a home that checks all their must-haves boxes,” she explains. To make this happen, Lauren approaches each transaction with passion, dedication, and diligence, creating a home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. And after the transaction, Lauren goes the extra mile. “I want to connect families to the community so they feel the southern hospitality that we all know and love. A home is so much more than a home–it’s an entire lifestyle.” Lauren and her husband, Eric, reside in Fort Mill in Baxter Village with their 3 young daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys running, watching college football, and raising support for the Anne Springs Close Greenway.
